Your best bet, is to go to a local agent, who will tell you who’s got participating providers in your area, who’s got the best coverage for the lowest rates, and can compare line by line.

Health isn’t like car insurance – most likely, there AREN’T 25 different companies writing health insurance in your area – more like 5-10 – wherever it is. The local guy will do you best.

-he acknowledges that the US needs a "need" based health care system. quote (from interview on Democracy now aired on 9/18): "people like me, who have the means, will need to pay effectively a 100% co-pay for health insurance, whereas those less fortunate require more assistance".
-he says that the mortgage companies that had predatory lending/adjustable interest rates were committing "fraud" and should be criminally liable.
oh, and last but not least he confirmed what he said "everyone has known all along"….that America did in fact go to war in Iraq for PRIMARILY oil interests.

United Health Care gave me a quote of $300 a month with a $10,000.00 deductible and no prescription coverage and would not allow my main doctor.

HumanaOne wanted $400 a month with a $6.000.00 deductible and and Rx $1000.00 deductible.

So far, Assurant Health is the best quote I have gotten.
